The Café Assistant Intern will welcome customers, take orders and serve a range of food and drinks in a friendly and professional manner. They will assist with preparing  food items, hot and cold drinks, using the till and handling payments under the guidance of experienced colleagues. The intern will help keep the café, serving areas and equipment clean, tidy and well stocked throughout the day. This will include clearing and cleaning tables, washing equipment, replenishing supplies, checking stock levels and following food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
